Refund Policy

At Renee’s Cake Shoppe, every order is made fresh and decorated with care to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Because each product is created to order, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.

Order Changes

We understand that plans can change!

To make changes to the flavor, filling, design details, or inscriptions, please contact the shop no later than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
After the 72-hour mark, we can only accommodate adjustments to inscriptions or pickup or delivery times, not the order itself.
For requests outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail and someone will respond promptly during business hours.

Cancellations & Refunds

Custom and same-day orders are non-refundable.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before pickup or delivery are not eligible for a refund or credit.
If you need to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, we’re happy to offer a refund.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted as complete.

Damages & Quality Concerns

Please inspect your order at pickup or upon delivery. If something appears damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can address it before the order leaves the shop.
Once the item leaves Renee’s Cake Shoppe, whether picked up by you or someone else, we are not responsible for any damages, mishandling, or storage issues that occur. We include a cake care card with each order, so you will have instructions about transporting and storage.
For delivery orders, we cannot guarantee the integrity of items once they have been successfully delivered and accepted at the provided address.
